While I may not have any children of my own yet, I love to glare at children’s toys, clothing, and accessories. There are so many cute things out there nowadays. I thought I should join that adventure and create something that children would love. I made these just yesterday and absolutely love them. The next baby shower or birthday, I’m ready with a gift on hand! Fun for any toddler and helps re-establish counting and colors.
Now selling on Etsy.
I was so excited when I received my first order on Etsy and as time went by I enjoyed seeing where the orders were coming from. I then became inspired to make a map of all purchases from different states and track as they go. It could also be used to track the different states I have personally traveled to. Either way, I have an awesome wall art to hang in my craft room.
Hope this inspires you to track your travels too!

Often I gives excuses not to travel because “I don’t have the money,” but maybe I can save loose change little by little to make more of an effort. I have had a square shadow box collecting dust on my counter and finally putting it to use. Hopefully our next travels leads us somewhere near the beach.

I have been growing herbs for a year now, and I love the aromatic smells and all have great medicinal purposes. Right now I have basil, oregano, rosemary, parsley, dill, cilantro, chamomile, and mint. After watching an episode of fixer upper, I saw a sign that inspired me to do this. It’s so easy to make and it’s pretty cute. “Don’t forget your mint for a mojito!”
